REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 31,806 Ordinary shares at 435.657 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 18,481,711 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 117,833,192.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
