The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that on 21 December 2012, theCompany purchased 75,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 104.3333p per share. These shares will be held astreasury shares.
Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held astreasury shares by the Company is 655,000. The total number of Ordinary Sharesin issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 59,345,000.
