EPE Special Opportunities plc announces that, on 12 November 2010, it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 35.75 pence per share. The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 5,000 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 30,886,661 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
