Bunzl PLC29 June 2007 Bunzl plc Repurchases of Shares in Close Period Bunzl plc announces that it has entered into an irrevocable arrangement with itsbroker, Citigroup Global Markets U.K. Equity Limited, to repurchase on itsbehalf ordinary shares in Bunzl during the close period relating to the sixmonth period ending 30 June 2007. Any such repurchases will be effected withincertain pre-set parameters and in accordance with both the Company's generalauthority to repurchase shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules.
