Purchase of own securities

On 25 April 2008, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, 63,500 of its ordinary shares at an average price of ‚£29.0164 per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 11,680,193 shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 710,688,319 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
