Transaction in Own Shares
On 06 November 2008 Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited ('the Company') purchased 1,917,259 of its own ordinary shares of Nil Par Value for cancellation at a price of 39.5p per share. Following this purchase and cancellation the Company's issued share capital will consist of 327,084,219 ordinary shares. The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will therefore be. The above figure (327,084,219) may be used by shareholders as 327,084,219 the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company is satisfied that all inside information has previously been notified.
