Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 596,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 182.30p, the lowest price paid was 167.50p and the average price paid was 177.6015p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 37,402,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,117,124,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
