Transaction in Own Shares

Ryanair Holdings Plc ("the Company") announces that on 11 June, 2013 it purchased for cancellation 1,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.00635 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The price paid for these Ordinary Shares was €6.75 per share.

Following the cancellation of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 1,423,226,880 Ordinary Shares in issue.
