Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 28 March 2013 it purchasedfor cancellation 219,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 102.125 pence pershare.

Following this purchase the Company now has 30,013,926 Ordinary Shares in issue.
