e2v Technologies plc: Purchase of own shares.

e2v technologies plc (the Company) announces that it purchased on 5th November, through Investec Bank plc; 100,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 153 pence per share. The highest price paid was 153.5 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 152.5 pence per share.
The shares will be held as treasury shares and used to meet options under the Company's Share and Long Term Incentive Plans.
Following the above purchase, the Company now holds 1,756,091 shares in treasury. Excluding the 1,756,091 shares held in treasury, the Company now has 216,751,637 ordinary shares in issue.
