Transaction in Own Shares

Ryanair Holdings Plc ("the Company") today announces that on 3 December, 2013 it purchased for cancellation a total of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.00635 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

All of these repurchased Ordinary Shares are Ordinary Shares underlying American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), for which the price paid was $47.10 per ADS.

Following the cancellation of the Ordinary Shares repurchased on 3 December, 2013, the Company will have 1,394,564,234 Ordinary Shares in issue.
