Share Repurchase Programme
Centrica plc announces that on 4 July 2013, it purchased (through Goldman Sachs International) 600,000 (six hundred thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 371.2495 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 375.20 pence and 365.10 pence respectively.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 43,574,077 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,156,355,615 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
