Purchase of Own Shares

Northamber announces that on 31 May 2011 the Company purchased 203,100 ordinary shares at 61 pence per share, representing approximately 0.70 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital. These 203,100 ordinary shares are to be held in treasury.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice (excluding 203,100 Ordinary Shares held in treasury) is 28,620,000.

The figure of 28,620,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
