Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") - Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 10th September it purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 1865.835 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange via Investec Investment Banking.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 115,000 ordinary
shares as treasury shares and has a total of 32,571,127 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
