On 21st March 2025, the Company purchased into Treasury 21,023 Ordinary shares at 379.029 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 26,243,259 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 71,553,734.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
