Transaction in Own Shares

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on December 4th, 2017 it purchased a total of 249,833 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,387,145 are held in treasury.
