Thehighest price paid was 930 pence per share and the lowest price paid was919.4144 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the abovepurchase, Enterprise Inns plc holds 26,311,117 ordinary shares as treasuryshares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held astreasury shares) is 323,194,273.
