JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 62,130 Ordinary shares at 441.9138 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,547,883 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 148,927,048.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
