Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 14,013 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 111.55 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,691,276 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 71,346,994.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 19,277 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 777.52 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,217,577 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 33,547,204.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
