Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 19,485 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 815.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 6,713,236 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,272,437.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 95,602 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 104.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 10,945,027 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 67,573,099.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
