Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 43,504 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 714.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,555,125 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 34,242,164.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 55,288 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 109.10 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,497,809 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 72,502,451.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
