The Company today purchased into Treasury 63,550 Ordinary shares at 367.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 13,882,005 ordinary shares in Treasury. The hares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 83,914,988.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
