REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 42,869 Ordinary shares at 396.932 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,406,406 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 155,068,525.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
