Halfords Group PLC15 January 2008 HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES Halfords Group PLC announces that on 15 January 2008 it purchased forcancellation 100,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 253.098p per ordinaryshare.
