The Company announces that it repurchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1107.77 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 114,071,814 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 167,562,096. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
