Compass Group PLC announces that on 17 October 2016 it purchased for cancellation 5,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,480.2500 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,477.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,485.0000 pence per share.
