Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 20 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 56,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 732.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 722.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 446,188,121 ordinary shares in issue.
