Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 29 June 2016, it purchased 70,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 82.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 75,627,951 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
