The Company announces that on 29 March 2010 it purchased 200,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 2725.39 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 20,234,683 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 275,858,980.
