Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 4 December 2013 it purchased 11,922 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 1535p each.

Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 15,899,062 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure (15,899,062 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
