The shares were purchased pursuant to the Company's share buy-back programmeannounced on 17 September 2014 and in accordance with the authority granted byshareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 February 2014. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 27,248,074 A Shares as treasuryshares. The total number of A Shares in issue (excluding shares held astreasury shares) is 346,718,483. Cumulative purchases to date under the buy-back programme amount toapproximately £26.9 million. This figure includes commission and stamp duty.
