The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that on 28 March 2012 the Company purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 92.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.
Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 71,473,251 shares of which 8,047,317 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 3 plc is 63,425,934 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
