SThree plc announces that on 12 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 31,568 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 184.8505 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 186 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 182.5pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,396,773 ordinary shares of 1p each.
