REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has today purchased into Treasury 84,701 Ordinary shares at 398.7552 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,940,953 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 154,533,978.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
