Transaction in own shares

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the Company) wishes to announce that on

22 June 2012, it purchased for cancellation 8'888 of its own shares at an average price per share of EUR 5.55, representing a discount of 36.8% to the latest net asset value (NAV) as of 30 April 2012, adjusted for the announced interim dividend of EUR 0.24 per share. Following this purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 69'494'268 shares.
