bwin.party announces that on 15 March 2013 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 587,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 146.96 pence per share. The highest price paid was 154.70 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 140.30 pence per share.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 813,806,201 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 807,340,505 (total number of shares in issue minus 6,465,696 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
