Transaction in Own Shares

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, announces that it has purchased (through Peel Hunt LLP acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its shares of 2p each on the London Stock Exchange. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

The purchases were made pursuant to the buy-back programme announced on 21 June 2017.

Following the purchase of these shares, IDS holds 53,781 ordinary shares as treasury shares and the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held as treasury shares) consists of 29,396,394 shares. All of the shares have equal voting rights. This figure 29,396,394 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
