The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were €5.05and €4.92 respectively. The purchased shares will all be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 40,267,528 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.086% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
