Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2017, it purchased 74,374 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 63.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 97,425,719 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
