JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 44,607 Ordinary shares at 449.041 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,704,269 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 118,610,634.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
