Bunzl PLC11 May 2007 11 May 2007 BUNZL PLC TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES Bunzl plc ("Bunzl") announces that it has today purchased through JP MorganCazenove Limited 330,590 of its ordinary shares at a price of 697.0763p pershare. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Bunzl holds 12,490,000 ordinary shares as treasuryshares.
