Enterprise Inns PLC01 December 2005 1 December 2005 Enterprise Inns plc - Repurchase of own shares Enterprise Inns plc announces that it has today purchased 760,000 of itsordinary shares at an average price of 884.23 pence per ordinary share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the abovepurchase, Enterprise Inns plc holds 2,930,000 ordinary shares as treasuryshares.
