Caledonia Investments plc ("the Company") announces that on 12 April 2013 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 56,320 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1826.44 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued share capital includes 56,151,050 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
