The highest price paid was 1068 pence per share and the lowestprice paid was 1054 pence per share. Today Enterprise Inns plc cancelled 7,000,000 shares it had been holding inTreasury. Following the above purchase, Enterprise Inns plc therefore holds25,000,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
