Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that on 16 September 2015, 140,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 100p per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 10,234,214.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 84,628,180 total and the number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 74,393,966.
