The Company announces that it has today purchased 22,218 Growth shares for cancellation at 312.88 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Growth shares in issue total 73,586,254

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.

The Company announces that it has today purchased 15,148 Income shares for cancellation at 133.79 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Income shares in issue total 88,469,535.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
