Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 565,500 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 213.95p, the lowest price paid was 213.00p and the average price paid was 213.42p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 21,512,569 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,133,015,056 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
