SThree plc announces that on 28 May 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 54,012 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 209.9258 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 210 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 208.5 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 131,256,342 ordinary shares of 1p each.
