Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 160,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 234.30p, the lowest price paid was 232.10p and the average price paid was 232.8503p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 12,329,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,142,198,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
