Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 350,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 212.65p, the lowest price paid was 209.50p and the average price paid was 211.3762p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 31,041,964 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,123,485,661 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
